There is nothing wrong with having only 1 breast if that can save your life. And moreover if you really cant live with only 1 breast plastic surgery is always another option!

Totally agree it is a PSA though the doctor’s facts are wrong. If the lump is benign then there is no cancer present thus no need to remove the breast as there is no risk of spreading.
This is a good movie!
